Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to US addresses only. Standard shipping is free on every portrait throw.

Before production. Every throw is personalized from your photo. We email your full design preview within 1–2 business days. Production begins after portrait approval. Nothing prints without your approval.

Delivery timing. Production and shipping times vary. Holiday timing varies, and we cannot promise Christmas delivery or a specific arrival date. Time spent waiting for your approval is separate from production and shipping time.

Tracking and questions. We'll send tracking information when your order ships. For questions about your order or delivery, email hello@thatlittleface.com with your order number.

Problems with your order. If your throw arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't match your approved preview, email hello@thatlittleface.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
